So, on my old blog I used to do a monthly thing called “As of Late”. It went like this:
- Lately I’ve been saying to the Lord, “Even if You never did another thing for me in this lifetime, the Cross is enough. Let the Cross be enough.”
- Lately He has been saying to me, “Go.”
- Lately home has been on my heart.
- Lately I’ve been thinking about Hebrews 11.
- Lately I’ve been making it a priority to quiet down and listen up.
- Lately I’ve become aware that ‘the safe thing’ is not always ‘the right thing’.
- Lately I’ve been staring at my husband and wondering how in the world I’ve found myself so radically blessed.
- Lately I’ve engaged The Text.
And then I would ask:
What is going on with you as of late?
Since I wrapped up Dancing in the Margins (my old blog) I’ve received a lot of requests to keep “As of Late” going. Because I love you – really, I do! – every month on the 15th, I will invite you to answer the “As of Late” question.

As of late, I’ve been missing my visits here. I look forward to all your posts and will endeavor to get here more frequently in the days to come. As you know, my life is completely swamped with, well, life! With the impending move and book release and raising a few kids, my days are full.
But God is good; always good, and I am always grateful when I have a chance to come alongside my blogging friends and share life with them. Hope you are well. Blessings to you this day; I’m off to the Bentonville Battle Ground for a field trip. Truthfully, I’d rather be having my teeth cleaned, and that’s saying something!

As of late I have been on a quest to hear God’s voice. This quest has caused the Diva Princess, (me) to embarq upon simplification, (slowing down, being quiet)! I am new to the blog so I am looking forward to participating!
